Terms of Service
The rules for using Integrations.
Last updated October 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Integrations ("Integrations," "we," "our," or "us") and govern your use of our website, the hosted service at integrations.devmachine.cloud, and its APIs (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe, for everything done under your account, and for keeping your account information accurate. We may suspend access if an account is misused or puts the Services, other users or third parties at risk.
2. The Services
Integrations connects tools, APIs and credentials so you and your AI agents can run actions on third-party services. We may change, add or remove features, and set limits on usage, at any time.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of everything you put into the Services: code, credentials, settings and other data ("Your Content"). You are responsible for Your Content and for the actions taken through your account. You confirm that:
- you have the right to connect the third-party services and data you use;
- your use complies with the law and with those services' own terms; and
- you understand that tool runs can cause real actions in other systems, such as sending messages, changing or deleting data, or creating charges.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the Services for anything illegal, fraudulent or abusive;
- try to bypass security, access data you are not allowed to, or disrupt the Services;
- upload malware or use the Services to attack other systems or steal credentials; or
- resell the Services without our written permission.
5. Third-party services
The Services connect to services we do not control, such as Google, Slack or GitHub. We are not responsible for their availability, security or actions. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Ownership
We own the Services, except Your Content and third-party materials. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Services. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
7. Beta features
Some features may be in beta. They may change, break or be removed at any time.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or create legal or security risk. Sections that should survive the end of these Terms, such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability, will survive.
9. No warranty
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY TOOL RUN OR THIRD-PARTY ACTION WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR USE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to cover our losses and costs from claims arising from Your Content, your connected integrations, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the date above. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
